With 8 points left for the day, this is what I ate:

3:15 plate of cut up veggies

4:30 yogurt, wheat germ, drop of maple syrup: 3

5:00 chicken breast:3

7:00 plate of veggies

8:30 skinny cow: 2

Stayed within my points. Now, going to bed.
