I just checked the sodium level for the soup I had last night: 680 mg per SERVING! I had two servings. AAACK!!!!
I'm HORRIFIED. I knew it tasted salty but this is ridiculous.
Going to refill my water glass...

Well gee whiz! A one point soup needs all that salt in it so there is something to taste! The salt caused a artificial hiccup and won't affect the real progress you're making.
I'm dying for the 160s too. I keep flickering at 170.4 or .6 or .8 at home. Of course, 169 used to be my all time high, fattie weight. I remember swearing I'd never get into the 170s!
