Today was a blur... here's what I remember

oatmeal, milk, honeydew, coffeemilk: 6
bites of M's yogurt & fruit: 1
11:30
Bread, turkey, mayo, lettuce; green beans, zucchini; pretzel sticks (3): 8
3:30
yogurt, wheatgerm, blueberries: 3
6:30
2 veggie burgers, 1/2 c whole wheat pasta with pesto, salad with drizzle of oil: 7
watermelon: 1
hmm... only 26 points. Enough left for a little dessert.
but, no exercise today or yesterday. Well, I ran around the house a lot carrying things up and down the stairs... that should count for something!
