Off the schedule

Today I was supposed to go exercise in the morning while Doug was running with Michael. Instead, I slept. From 7:15 to 9:20. I guess I was tired. But now, I feel like my day is off. I will exercise later but I'm frustrated that it didn't happen when I had planned.
