Scale this morning flickered 168, then 169.5 but landed at 170.0. I think this is the same as last week. Maybe down .5... but last night for dinner I ate the progresso soup. It was SO SALTY. I was ready to be in the 160s as of today but I have been vexed by the soup!
Working from home today. Plan to do the Jackie Warner video after breakfast...
