3/4 apple w/schmear of PB: 2
mint tea
bites of roasted veggies, mashed potatoes: 2
pretzels, dried apricots: 2
pork chop, roasted veggies, steamed veggies, mashed potatoes: 8
went over by 2. didn't exercise. got crappy news about my dad... not an excuse... but I'm just saying.
