Wednesday: 160 on scale

Cooking and working at home: roasted veggies (carrots, onion, sweet potato, yukon gold potato), mashed potatoes for D & M

cereal, milk, coffee: 4
bite of M's waffle: 1

2 zucchini, v. lightly sauteed, 1 carrot, few pretzels: 2

salad w/avocado, turkey, 1/8 apple: 3

3/4 apple w/schmear of PB: 2
mint tea

bites of roasted veggies, mashed potatoes: 2

pretzels, dried apricots: 2
pork chop, roasted veggies, steamed veggies, mashed potatoes: 8

went over by 2. didn't exercise. got crappy news about my dad... not an excuse... but I'm just saying.
