1.5 hr walk, slow with M in and out of stroller and lots of watching trucks working in the neighborhood.
beets w/little OO and carmelized shallots
egg+egg white, spinach, feta: 3.5
yogurt w/wheat germ and tiny bit cereal: 3
small apple w little (v little) PB: 1.5
dinner: beef stew and few noodles, salad, beets, eggplant, 2 pc multigrain loaf: 7
I'm done with points... but of course want to eat something more... I am fine. No need to eat more. I will have tea later, after M is in bed. No exercise, except for our long meandering walk. Considering doing JW after M goes to bed... but ugh.
