Success at a conference, more or less

Successful day of eating at a conference.

egg+egg white omelete at home (spinach, feta): 3.5
coffee, coffee, coffee
1/2 apple:

lunch: plate of greens, veggies (fennel, yellow tear-drop tomatoes, roasted veggies), 4 fingerling potato halves, 1/2 c white bean-seafood salad, 1 small piece chicken, 1/2 smaller piece salmon, 1 thin slice garlic bread, 1 multigrain roll: I counted this as 11 points...

snack: apple: .5

dinner: shrimp + chicken stirfry (no rice), as many veggies as I could pull out; dried fruit, cheese, 2 crackers

I didn't count points at dinner but I think I did okay overall. I didn't eat any dessert.
