Tracking with baby

At home with M. Eating kind of kooky things. But, got in some great exercise!! And, it turns out the reason I was hungry was that I wasn't eating! Go figure.... Still have a few points left for the day. Maybe hot cocoa?

Leftover waffle+syrup+1/2 banana: 2
Coffee w/milk: .5

Egg+egg white, spinach, grape tomatoes, OO and feta: 4
Small apple: .5
1/2 beets; Dried cherries: 1

JW--all three baby!!

1/4 leftover sweet potato: 1
Decaf coffee

1/2 waffle with PB: 2

dover sole done in butter/OO with lemons and capers, 3/4 c tricolor pesto pasta, beets, broccoli, cantaloupe: 8
