Went to the gym with Amy this morning. We did 20 min on the HARD elliptical machines. I can't explain why they are hard, but they are...then 5 minutes on the stair climber (where the steps move...)--very hard!! Then 20 min of 'alpine pass' on the treadmill. Then core workout with some punching/kicking of the heavy bag. It was fun!!

apple, water... hungry...
But, I resisted eating anything else!! Very proud of myself.
