Not sure what my splurge will be... I might just save it since we'll be on vacation next week.
Went to WW for my monthly weigh-in (about a week early). Down 3.8 from last month. So, still averaging about 4 pounds/month. Slow and steady. I do feel like with all the exercise I"m getting it should be faster than that... but I know I'm building muscle. I'm noticing it in my legs especially these days.
Not sure what the exercise will be today... I might skip today... feeling low energy.
cereal, milk, peach: 5
yogurt, wheat germ, drop of maple syrup: 3
