Day 2, doing well

Did JW lower body and core this morning!! Very proud of myself

Breakfast: fiber one, blueberries, milk: 4.5

Snack, cottage cheese, flax meal, cantaloupe: 3

Lunch: 2 pc bread, lite mayo, turkey, spinach, avocado: 6
Pretzels: 1

15 min walk

The rest of the day is a blur...

1/2 a banana: 1
Pretzels: 1

Delicious mulitseed bread: 3
Brummel: .5
Glazed salmon: 6
Salad w/OO
Pasta w/pesto+olives: 5

1 bite cake that was NOT worth it!!!
