Got in a workout!

I managed to get 40 minutes of cardio in on the treadmill downstairs.
Worked at 4.0 or 4.2 for most of it, as well as a 2% incline. Feeling
good. Boys were home early so no weights or stretching....

Dinner
Baked chicken. 3
1/2 c brown rice. 2
Stir fry veggies with tofu. 2

Leaves me 1 pt for fruit.
